52. Phad Thai
A signature dish in Thai cuisine. Thin rice noodles with sweet turnip, bean sprouts, and scrambled eggs all stir-fried in a homemade, slightly sweet & sour tamarind sauce. Topped with ground peanuts and a slice of lime.
53. Phad Khee Mao (Drunken Noodles)
Thin rice noodles with chopped peppers, tomato, bamboo shoots, carrots, onions, bean sprouts, and sweet basil leaves.
54. Phad See-Ewe (Soy Sauce Noodles)
Wide rice noodles with meat, broccoli, and scrampled egg in a sweet soy sauce.
55. Lard Nar (Rice Noodles with Gravy)
Wide rice noodles with mean in a light gravy sauce made of black beans, crushed garlic, broccoli, bamboo shoots, and napa.

56. Basil Fried Rice
Thai fried rice with shrimps, ground chicken, chili peppers, onion, bamboo shoot, mushroom, sweet pepper, and sweet basil leaves.
57. Siam Fried Rice
Fried rice with choice of meat with crushed garlic, onion, tomato, scallion, and scrambled egg.
58. Pineapple Fried Rice
Stir-fried rice with shrimps and sliced chicken, roasted cashews, onions, scallion, tomato, pineapple chunks, and scrambled eggs.
59. Vegetable Fried Rice
Mixed vegetables consisting of: sweet pepper, napa, baby corn, carrot, peapods, tomatoes, broccoli, and bean sprouts mixed with scrambled eggs and seasoned fried rice.
